update me, its been a while..

So im looking for some help..Its been a long time since ive played the game..Lot of things have gone on in the past months or so..Anyways, its time for me to play again..

Anyone want to give me a general run down of any updates or anything new i should know before i start playing??

I know the new patch came out, so im gonna get that..Any other info i appreciate it..Thanks in advance!

You might want to update Punk Buster, just to make sure you dont get any ingame errors, but appart from that if you have the patch you should be fine.
