Pistol Question

Are any of the pistols stronger than the others? I have no problem getting all the knife badges, but I'm having problems with the pistol. I'll drop 3-4 shots in the torso and then they just light me up. I usually always play SpecOps so I'm using the silenced pistol. The most pistol kills I've gotten in a round is around 10 and that was in the city maps.

IRL, a silenced pistol is weaker than an unsilenced, since the round travels slower. I don't know if they factored this into the game, however. You also have to take into account that some kits have more body armor than others, and will thus take more shots to take down. A headshot is always your best bet.

There is no damage or accuracy difference between the silenced and regular pistols.
The only real differences between the various pistol models is the “sight picture”, with the un-silenced 92FS having perhaps the best sights. But practice with any of the pistols can overcome this.

as for working on your pistol try it with a different class, something with armor, like assault or support....you'll live longer

the knife is rather painfull .... I seem to have problems hitting people ....
who obviously don´t have this problem at all

i haven't particularly tried yet amditedly but i have all the other basic badges so i guess i should give it a go.

The pistol has saved my ass many times. Like when I went through a whole clip on 3 guys and a 4th came so I took out my pistol and killed them then started the reload process and ran.

Just aim for the head, the pistol is a very efective weapons and also improves ure aim =)

The 92FS is in any USMC kit.

But IMO the MR-444 is the best pistol.

There is no change in the damage but i just prefer to use non-silenced pistols because they sound deadlier!!!

I found the engineer pistol to be pretty powerful, seems more than the other pistols.

It's very hard to hit someone in the head when you are scoped in, laying prone, and they are within 10ft of you moving side to side hopping around. It's just gay that 2-3 rounds in the torso doesn't take you out. Hell, even you had body armor on, you'd either be knocked down or shaken up.
The knife badges were very easy for me to get. 90% of all my knife kills has to be medics. lol. You kill someone, they call for a medic, he comes running over, and you just meet him on the way. Then another medic comes running and the process just repeats itself.

See, I prefer the QSZ-92. It hardly matters though since they're all technically the same.

I got my basic by using a sniper.....since the sniper rifle doesn't do 100% damage, shot them once with pull out your pistol and finish them off (you also get pretty good range with the pistol).....just an idea that worked for me.
