We got used to seeing it in BF1942, where if you are just peeking out of a doorframe while laying down, you'd think the enemy would never see you (cause only your head should be visible). While your vantage point was the 'eyes', the other players could see your whole upper torso sticking out of the doorframe, because in reality your 'eyes' were at about your belly-button.

Hence, in a Battlefield game, although the tip of the rocket is in the engine already, it could STILL veer off and hit a friendly, because the center point of the rocket is still outside the engine.

Ya, BF2 has some wierd bugs. Expect the unexpected!

It could easily be taken from a battlerecorder file. You can get some pretty awesome setups that will look totally cool by just watching a demo/battlerecorder file and pause it at the perfect time.
I admit it takes a bit of patience if you miss that special moment and have to watch the entire demo again...
