How do I get my Creative X-Fi to work??

Just got this card, but when I choose to enable X-Fi in the audio options, it kicks me back to the desktop. I can enable EAX and hardware, but no X-Fi. I have the latest drivers off Creative's site. Any ideas???

(BTW, BF2 sounds awsome, like I've never heard before )

I have my Fatal1ty on order right now (w00t screw paying retail I get a discount baby!).

Did you clean your old sound drivers? Disable the onboard sound? Two things off the top of my head. Also make sure your chipset drivers are installed and up to date as well.

Add-Remove on my old Audigy ZS, and install on the X-Fi drivers (all the latest). Yes my SLI mobo has the latest as well. I think I may need to re-install BF2 because this is the 3rd sound card on my present computer build (I think its getting a little messy)

Have you tried DriverCleaner? Whenever I have a driver conlict, I use that, and it usually fixes the problem.
