Terrible lag stuttering you name it

First off I have a AMD X2 4400+ oced to 2.75 prime stable, X800Pro, and some other goodies. One day before the latest patch came out, I all of a sudden got some terrible lag stuttering problems. When I move my mouse left to right, on foot or in a vehicle, when I stop, the screen jumps back some. Say I moved the mouse to the 1 o'clock position, it would jump back to the 12 o'clock position. The faster I moved the mouse, the worse it was. Next, when I shoot and reload, sometimes I reload 2, 3 and even 4 times before I can fire off the next shot. And the last thing I can remember is when I hit the F key to cycle the weapons, it always jumps around and never stays on the one I select.
The servers I play in, I ping about 65-80. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now with the same outcome. I've tried it with no O/C too so it's not that. What would make it just all of a sudden do this? I was playing a good 3 weeks completely lag free with my new setup then this happens. It sucks. It's caused me to die I don't know many times.

Did you read it clearly? I've completely uninstalled the game, deleted all folders, and defragged. This happens every single second of every single map.

I just checked, this does not happen in singleplayer, only in multiplayer. I even tried putting the sound to software and it's still the same. This is really ****ing me the **** off.

          Did u updated PB?
Any traces of virus, malware, extra connection uses by background softs.?
Any new soft installed w/ mem leaks.... and many other unwanted things.
          Just an idea.

I figured it out. When I installed Windows a few weeks ago, I never installed the Logitech drivers for the mouse because SetPoint is the biggest pile of crap. It would constantly crash and cause problems. Well that's what the problem was. Now I play as smooth as Solitare. I don't see how I could play for a couple of weeks with no problem and then all of a sudden there's a problem. Computers, gotta love them.

Well I thought that was the problem because the stuttering had stopped. Well it's back again. This isn't a problem that comes and goes. Every single time I look left or right, the screen jumps back a few degrees. And when I cycle weapons with the F key, it never stops where it's suppose to, always the previous one. Plus, I have to reload 2 or 3 times before it actually reloads. I'm getting very frustrated now.

No, mostly because no one else seems to have the problem.

Can you try playing in a non-punkbuster server please?

I have the same problem too but seems to be a little better after I placed a new cpu and played with the video settings in BF2, for some reason my mobo does not like AF or AA...

Ok well I fixed that problem and another arose. I uninstalled the ATI drivers and installed Omega drivers. It got rid of the glitching but now I have messed up graphics. Instead of seeing details, all I see is black. Can't win for losing.
