Ok need some help. My new map is a map at night. What would be the optimal light settings for a night map?

Look at the light settings from a night map you like and go from there.

I would like to now, something like that, but hte contrary, i talk about sun, can i put the sun, as a glow**** like in gulf of oman and others? I Didnt discoverde yet.

There are no night maps in bf2 is there?

There are night custom maps. Theres even the BF2nights mod.

I think it would be best if you gave it to the BF2 Nights mod team, if its good enough...in that case....make it pretty damn dark, so nightvision will be more required.

There is no specific light settings, you just have to use trial and error. It took me about 40-50 attempts to get mine right, shame I dont have that map anymore...

Look in one of their maps. Copy the sky.con file into your map folder and voila!! Backup your map first.

Trial and error!!!
Light settings are things you should do yourself as you need the right settings for the right feel to the map as there is so many different variations you can do.
For the most part you can see it in the editor, just keep tewaking it and youll eventually get it exactly the way you want it. It seriously isnt hard, just takes a little time.
