knife and knife/pistol only servers are ONLY against RANKED server rules, theres nothing to stop you having a knife only UN-Ranked server so stop being closed minded.

Alpha 9 custom maps.

Home page ... http://alpha9s.com/ where you can find the unranked server where we play custom download maps some 3 or 4 with knife and shock paddle. You will need to download all the custom maps from the above link as the map rotation may kick you if you do not have the map in rotation.

I so can't see the point of it though. Why use BF2 to do this when it's sooo much better at other stuff. Why not use CS or something else?
