So.. No TK fixes, and AA guns are still useless?

Well its been a while since the patch was installed on practically all of the community, and while it did make some things better, the main reason i was looking forward to it was the fix of the TK punishment system. Turns out nothing was fixed.. People still run infront of planes which are taking off, get TKed, and punish you for it. Engineers still TK friendlies who purposely run over mines. Explosions of vehicles youre piloting kill all your teammates inside who all punish you even though it was a jet which took you out..

So im guessing it wont ever be fixed. AA missles suck still, but i dont think i need to explain that. I flew around for 2 rounds straight, and never even got hit once by them.

Ya I used to take choppers down a lot with AA but not since. One time one of the missile turned away from the chopper and hit the ground while the other got him. Silly, no flares or nothing around.

I dont even bother getting into AA unless its an incredibly slow blackhawk going straight towards/away from me while its packed with people right after flares were launched.

Someone needs to fix the TK system, because EA/Dice sure arent giving a damn. Server mod, maybe?

yeah, ea fixed nothing... i dont noe if its dice's fault or if its the management at ea. but still, game sucks now.

Theres so many damn problems due to this patch.. I thought this patch would fix all the main problems, but actually it just fixed one (seeing whos in the vehicle).

Er when I saw someone run into my plane because they wanted it, it said they were "no more" and it didn't count as a teamkill against me.

AA still sucks. I could be doing better with the flak guns in BF1942.

They fixed the probleme of when a guy jumps on your tank , you can continue accelerating and he wont get killed , witha helo and plane also. But the mines on the ground of your own teammates hasen't bean fixed much. I noticed that a friendly that that drives on it now dosent blow up right away only if he shoots or drives slow on it blows up./

i really dont care any more i just play the game one or two hours a night when im wasted and dont really expect anything great from ea, if any thing good comes from this game it will me a mod but this is their way of getting every one to buy the expansion pack all they wanted to do was get people at the highest rank so people will want more ranks, that was the reason of the patch

I don't know, I think they did patch the AA guns - to be worse. The first few weeks of playing this I got my Air Defense Ribbon on Dalian Plant, shooting down jets & choppers. Now nothing shy of an ace pilot can take down a jet - I spent nearly an entire round in the AA turret on the carrier (yes, I know it's not really a carrier) and never once shot anything down. Although I sure got lots of nice team vehicle damage. The enemy jets would fly straight in at me in the turret, I would launch like a madman, and 3 of the 4 rockets would veer over my freakin shoulder and hit the BH (which was nowhere near my line-of-sight BTW) that hasn't even lifted off yet. How I never actually got a teamkill is beyond me.

Honestly, the closest I came to taking down the bastards was when I planted C4 all over the AA turret, waited for them to come on their strafing run, and blew all the C4 right under the bastard. I got the jet smoking.

The missles have a better chance at taking down an air vehicle which is on your team and not even in your view :/
