Dont know much about Nvidia. Have you tried other drivers?

try to lower down as what i know 1024/1280 had problem on BF2

wow. the terrain steeps off by the stairwell. it's pretty obvious.

I also run 1280x1024. and this happens to me as well, it is basically showing the terrian under an object.
