Distinguished Service Ribbon Requirements

UBAR (http://ubar.bf2s.com/) says you need:

IAR: 15 team points
Global: 10h Total time as squad member
Global: 10h Total time as squad leader
Global: 10h Total time as commander

I have all the global requirements and had a couple of times more than 15 teampoints in a round (after fulfilling the global req.). Still didn't got it.
Anyone knows the true requirements ?

it says 53 in UBAR, but I got mine at 45 for some reason

LOL you're wrong.

It should work for ten hours each and 15 points, must be geting a bug.
