How does one change their account name?

I've used search on this forum and Gamespy's forums, but couldn't find anything. I remember someone saying you could use Gamespy Arcade to change your account name...? Anyone know?

Ahh crap that sucks. My account name is |-TC-|DeathGrip[US] but i dont want the clan tag or the US tag..

it was suppose to be Kryptonite, but it was allready in use..

i had to make a freaked up account name cuz all of them are taken its insane, i wish i cud change mine too...

Heh, I was wondering why I was seeing alot of players running around with these gay ass aol look-a-like user names like "Bob12202" I guess I know now, No one had my name though. Thats good.

Wouldn't it be easier if your stats were linked to your CD key or a global account maybe?

This way, you could create multiple accounts, and each time something happened in one account, it affect all the others, but at the same time, you could use different names.

The problem with being able to keep changing the name on one account is that the Asshats who go into servers, tk the hell out of people, disconnect, change name & do it again. Idiots!
