Okay where to start off i have read alot of threads and see ALOT of problems and i am getting confused on what ppl are talking about. I know sorry i am a NUB... So i will tell you my problem... I just got done reformating my pc. i have the most curent drives for everything and i only have 2 other games installed on this computer other than BF2... Doom 3 and Stronghold 2. For my apps i have AIM, Winamp, Nero, Lime Wire, CyberLink Power DVD, Norton, Creative(sound card console), and Web Root Spy Sweeper. My system spec are.....

Motherboard Chipset: Intel Springdale-G i865G
OperatingSystem: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
System Memory: 1024.0 Kingsont HyperX PC3200
Processor Speed: Intel Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (3192).
DirectX Version: 9.0c
Display Device: ALL-IN-WONDER X800XT Series
Display Memory: 256MB
Display Driver: 6.14.10.6571 (i think thats most curent)
Sound Device: SB Audigy 2 Audio [CD80]
Sound Driver: 5.12.01.0441-1.84.0010 (i think thats most curent)
if u need to know anything else let me know.
ok so now here is my problem when i click the quick launch icon for BF2 the game will load and i can get to the point of viewing servers and after all this has happened its been about a min and the game just CTD BUT if i can find a game b4 it crashes i can play with no problems... what do i do? any help would be great thx...
