BFHQ Bar not going up

I noticed along time ago that he bar doesnt go up in the BFH menu, The bar goes up but it doesnt show in the menu, do you have this problem too

As stated in about 20 threads (Wont tell you to search for it as the search feature is not the best)... Yes. The status bar in bfhq is not updating for somepeople... this will not stop you from being promoted once you meet the requirements.

i find it funny and quite frusterating that they held up the patch to make sure that it is so called, done right, and yet when they finally come out with it, the patch causes more bugs. Whats up with that? didn't they supposedly have "testers" make sure it was working good? I hardly ever had a major problem with 1.02. Its like its more buggy now then it was earlier. When a patch comes out, isnt that supposed to make it better???? and how is it that when a new game comes out for consol, like xbox or ps2, they dont have many bugs, but pc games do? i dont get it. SOMEBODY isnt doing there job at EA or somebody at EA is lying to us. dont get me wrong, i see where they tried, but come on, something as simple as a rank progress meter! Youd think that the testers would've caught something like that. Not to mention that i didnt get credit for 4 or 5 rounds of play, lol. I had to get the veteran badges and ribbons all over again for the ones i got during that time. whats going on EA?

Just go to an online stat tracker like bf2s.com and you'll get an idea how far you are from getting promoted to the next rank.

Of course there are going to be new bugs caused. Every game has it when a new patch comes out.

they might have a smaller patch **** thingy like they usually do. maybe v1.31 or some **** with small hot fixes to it. yeah, the best solution is www.bf2s.com

Because Console games dont have 5000 different Video cards, processors, mobo's, sound cards, drivers. They have just ONE & they are ALL the same.

As for the bar mine doenst go up but according to stat sites it is.

It's sometimes frustrating how they work, but where human beings work, there are done mistakes!! Bout the testing guys, i don't know how many there are, but probably it worked fine for them, who knows!

btw, my progress bar doesn't move either!

Ever think that with everything that went into this patch, they didn't notice that the status bar wasn't working in some cases? As far as I'm concerned, even if they had, it's such a minor issue that doesn't effect gameplay in the least so who cares.

All PC games have bugs. Hell, BF42 still has bugs and how many patches were released for it? Some guys get so bent out of shape over minor details -- OMG my arm went through a wall -- just play the game and enjoy it. Even the nametag glitch really isn't that big a deal -- so you end up tk'ing someone or getting killed, who cares, just play.
