Hi, im new and I got a question about BF2

Hi, as I said in my title I am new to Total BF2 and BF2 and I got a question I want to ask. OK, I havnt got BF2 yet but I am planning on getting it. But I want to make sure I can play multiplayer. My computer is fine for playing single player but I'm not so sure about multiplayer. I have a 56kbps connection (dial up) and I'm not sure if this will run it.

Can someone please tell me if I will be ok playing multiplayer?

if it did servers would lagg alot

you might get kicked alot for a high ping , you live out in the boonies?

Welcome! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but a 56k connections just won't cut it for this game. Broadband is recommended. You'll only be able to play singleplayer, which isn't this game's strongpoint.

BF2 is based on internet multiplayer

It will be hard to play with just a 56k connection.

I'm on 512k, and average at around 100ms ping on local servers. With 56k, you would be lucky to get less than 300ms even on the fastest and closest servers.
