How to open the video demo???

When i record in game (battlefield2)
It will save it at a folder and all that.....so i go to that folder open it with windows media player etc.... tryed everything and it didnt work!!

So now is the question!!??
Whit what do i have to open it???

I thought you could play it back from inside the game menu.
