Does anyone else have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro? If so is there any way to set up the hat switch to function like mouse look?

Yes and that is exactly what I do with those functions. Works good when I am trying to figure out why I missed bombing a target with the fighter. The bomber sprays bomb, no missing with that. I can take a look back down my tail or off each wing very fast and then back to the HUD view. Just select those functions in game. Have to have the stick connected to a USB port before you start BF2 or the game does not see it. I think a lot of people think they can attach it when they get to the game options/controls screen.

I really didn't have to do anything special, except, go to the options/controls in game and select the "optional" F9 thru F12 key I wanted repeated on the flight stick. Then moved the flight stick in that direction. Up for Hud view, down for back view etc...Originally posted by TalusDo a search..you'll find a few of us have come up with some pretty creative solutions to give mouse look support to POV hats on our joysticks.

He wants the mouse look. Get a binding program so you can bind macros to a single key.

I forgot that mouse look freezes the screen so that wouldn't really help. I was hoping there was a way to look up when you were turning after an enemy jet, but I guess you can't.

Let me give you a tip for bombing. The circle in the center with the line coming off of it, isn't there to look pretty.
