My stat bar won't update

i have been playing for a while now and I'm 81% completed to being a Master Sargent. The only problem is that when ever I go into my BFHQ and look at the progress bar it says that im at the begininng again...

Mine wont update either, dont worry though you are getting a score and you will be promoted

ya, well... sucks to be you...
Almost everybody is having this problem, but your score is updating and so is your pprogress but it doesnt show it.
