Alright on ehre it says first sgt is at 20 000 with thiose badges i ahve them and the badges and i didnt get anything.

Sometimes it takes a little time to register and when you later log in it will.

UPDATE: your stats at sta site says you are at Master Sergeant, I think there is a issue if you get Veteran Pistol or Knife badge without having Basic first and it doesn't register it properly.

Also if you get the requirements after getting to Master Sergent you won't be promoted again to First Sergeant, take a look here:

So it is Master Sergeant or First Sergeant, not Master Sergeant and then First Sergeant if you get the basic class badges + knife and pistol I think, I might be wrong though.

I got my basic pistol and vet at the same time... but you msut be right.. cause i got basic repair or w/e after i got master sgt.
