Not an easy ribbon to get.. You need a 3:1 win:loss ratio and 50 hours of commander time. Not a lot of people have it.

I have it and yes it was very difficult if not the most difficult to get. Whats interesting is that once you have the 3:1 win loss it seems pretty easy to maintain. Ive had it for weeks now and I'm still at 3.15.

I've given up on it. It's not always my fault that my team can't support themselves, and this ribbon is just that. Considering the ratio needed, this ribbon can never be in the hands of everyone.
