New trick to get some Badges and Ribbons.

Hey guys, I think I found out a new and 'cheap' way to get some basic badges and ribbons. I was commander just now for a round. I wanted to get my Basic Ground Defense Badge, so I went onto one of the MGs back at my base. I stayed there and started my usual arty run, and killing some people. I got my Basic Ground Defense Badge by just staying there, but also got my Ground Defense Ribbon! The ribbon requires to have 3 min at ground defense and also 5 kills. I apparently had not shot a single soul, but I got my ribbon! I'm sure it's due to my killing of people from my arty.

I also got my transport and air defense badge this way. I do not want to be a dork and sit in the transport doing nothing so I became commander. I got all those badges nice and easy! Well then, this piece of info is only useful to those just starting out.If you already have those badges and ribbons, then just pretend this thread doesn't exist.

All of those badges don't require kills, just time in the respective vehicles/turrets.

Wow, what a skilless way to get awards, you must be so proud of them

(BTW its not a new trick, noobs have been using that exploit from day 1, seems they didnt fix all the "stat exploits" after all)

I like the old airplane ribbon... EASIEST one to get... jump out of a plane.

All of those badges don't require kills, just time in the respective vehicles/turrets.

Ground defense ribbon requires kills, which he said he also received.
