Ever since my friend d/l the new patch he is getting a lot of chop. I am tring to find out why. He has 3Ghz Pent 4, 512g ram and a x700 vid card. Before the patch he was fine and he would usually ping in the 40's on most servers. Now he pings in the 150's and is very choppy. I had him unistall everything and start over but its the same. Any one else having this issue? Thanks in advance.
