According to the rules once you rent a ranked server, you don't get ftp access to it so you can't put a custom server on it but many clans do have access and there are normally 1 or 2 ranked servers running custom maps at any ones time but I find that they don't stay ranked for very long.

so this means that they could stat pad intensively and no one would no because they didnt have the mapComment
