Tactical Gamer. Best server ever! These guys have a script that kick anyone who doesn't join a squad in 60 seconds. Plus they got tons of rules that force you to work as a team.

its funny coz every 64 player server i have played in the last week has been all about the teamwork, max number of squads nearly all full, and voip in nearly all of them. awsome levels of teamwork
i think its the bigger servers that have more team players imo :)

Of course, the downside is that they aren't always full like other servers. :|
