Ok when i join a server and it has loaded the map i press join game. then i get kicked out of the server and this message appears "This server only allows players whit unmodified content to join. Revert your version of battlefield 2 to the current offical version to join" eny ideas to help me?

You have to have the same patch as the server.
> on your filters tick the box "Same version only"
Then click on a server and hope it will work *if not download the newist patch*

Have you tampered with any of the files?
If not, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the game and patch it to 1.3.Comment

well i have uninstalled and installed then i installed all the patches 1.01 1.02 1.03 and that message still comes :S oh yeah and when i join a server and i can play in it for 1 map then i get kicked and have that message againComment

Nothing of the sort will help him guys, its a bug with 1.3 that is here to stay. THe end. I have the problem, did everything. Wait til 1.4 comes out, in 2006.Comment

wow i like rumors, i just reinstalled bf2 today because i reformatted, and its fine, i have never updated PB dident know you can.

Same problem here. I played several maps in the AGE server only to be disconnected, tried to rejoin and I get the error about the same version. I completely reinstalled my game and the patches still I get the same error. But on the other hand my bud has the same setup and has never seen the msg, so hmmmmmm......... It has me banging my head on the keyboard!Comment

Try manually updating your PB client for BF2, it is mentioned in he thread but no replies to if anyone tried it.
Download this and run it.
After opening it Add a Game then Check For UpdatesComment

I have had no probs with the new patch it runs better than the other 1.2 one try clicking "Same mod" on the filter thing.
