Do you mean Spec Ops kit? Press 5 to get the C4 (assuming default key controls), chuck it onto whatever you want to blow up, right-click to get the detonator, then left-click to "kaboom".

There is some option under "Air Controls" that lets you switch plane weapons... do some searching in "Options".

Oh, the planes! Which plane is called an "m4"?! :p

Using default key controls, you can press F to switch between air-to-air and bombing modes. Press your "alternate fire" key (usually the right-button or Numpad 0) to drop your bombs.
