Plz help me with a problem

Following scenario: I had bout 80 global pistol kills when I managed to get 7 in one round. Woooot, I got my veteran pistol badge. When I made 7 pistol kills in later rounds I got the basic pistol badge over and over again. Didn't think too much bout it until 1.03 got out as I got promoted til Master Sergeant. Why not First Sergeant, coz I have every basic badge. Well, I found out I'm missing my basic pistol badge!! So I called EA Germany who couldn't help me and told me I should live with that!!! I tried again and they said they couldn't do something from there I should write an e-mail. which I did, but I got the same answere, not that agressive, just that they cant do anything!

Can it be possible that the guys who have programmed BF2 are not able to change my account? I'd like to get those two ranks where you need the badges and all the sharpshooting medals!!

Does anybody of you know an answer to my problem? Did you encounter the same thing?

there's a lot of ppl with the same problem it's happen 2 me 2 i dont think there is eney thing u can do but start overe(new account)im on 46'000 points and theres no way im starting over

same with me...i need my basic pistol badge aswell...but i cant get it because i have my veteran pistol badge..and there no way in hell im starting a new accounts, i got 32,900 points
