You can only use Battle Recorder if you run a server. If you want to record a match on a server you just joined you can't. DICE didn't give controls to us players only BTW, I have 20 recordings of my play and none of them work anymore after each patch


First, you have to look for a server that have this feature enabled. Then after the match you just played click Community tab on the Main menu, select the file on the left column and click download. If you get an error it means the server was not setup right. Unfortunately, most of them are not

If you use ASE to find servers, it'll be a lot easier to find one with working recorder. The ingame browser only checks if the recorder is on. Most servers, however, don't have a valid download path specified. Use ASE!

I've replayed a couple of battles and it's pretty cool, looking at yourself when you think you're acting like a real Rambo and it looks just plain silly.
