31/32 (0) <---- what's that mean?

    I think the 0 is my projected kills for that server. Based on the fact that I am a Noob. It seems pretty accurate.

        I wish I could remember where I saw it in the log, but it didn't describe it with the (0) typing in it. Anyhow, what the server admin can do is add people to a preferred list and reserve up to 20% of slots to those people.
