Regarding basic sniper badge

Earlier I got 7 kills with a sniper rifle and was no awarded no basic sniper badge.Either UBAR is wrong or Im having a brain fart?

The site clearly says,in a round : 5 kills which I got but wasnt awarded the badge so I tried again and no luck. Dont know if this is a bug or not,Im aware of the pistol/knife bug with 1st sargeant but dont think that is the same case with me me not getting the basic sniper applies here. Btw I waited a few hours.

I'm not sure about the basic but the requirements for veteran and expert are correct. Also you need not get the kills with the actual rifle just jump in a tank or plane as a sniper and try to get it.

Got my basic sniper at 10 kills in a round.

So you think UBAR made a mistake? I havent killed 10 in a round with sniper but I seem to think that its really 10 rather than 5 like UBAR listed. I'll try for 10 in a round later.

Well as far as I know some of the requirements are still being updated as info comes in. I do know that the requirements for gunnery sergeant were listed wrong and it was later corrected. If the requirement is 5 it should have been awarded in game.

I'm sure it's ten kills - I went for it recently on Wake Island.

After 300 hours of play I had just six global kills as sniper, mostly from picking up other people's kits!

I tried not to think about how silly I looked... but I'll concede that it was kinda fun.

I did it legit with the rifle, but you could always just go sniper and get in a tank. :)

I think it's wrong too because I have gotten 5 sniper rifle kills in one round but never got the badge.

I think i got mine at about 8 or 10 kills

I just got mine with 10 kills. I wish I had taken a screen shot. Sorry, was in the heat of battle. It is definetely 10 kills. After the badge was awarded I looked and my kill count was 10, not 5, 8, but 10.

You need 10kils in 1 round for basic. UBAR is wrong for now, but will surley change it.

it's soooo easy it's ridiculous!

1. karkand (this is the map where you will get almost all the badges)
2. hop in a tank
3. within 5 minutes you'd get more than 10 kills

oh, just be sure you pick the sniper kit before getting in a tank...

But that way is basically cheating i know you can do it and people will cause its the easy way but why not just do it the way you should much more fun in my opinion
