u could always hurt land mines caus i would go to like defuse a land mine it would some tiems be hurt alrdy

I just setup a chain of 5 mines with the last one being next to a buggy, tossed a grenade on the end one, and they all blew up in a chain and blew the buggy, SICK!!

Nope, seems to me that this will make mines, which team mates already drive over without thought, nearly useless against enemies. You used to have to find another way around a mine blockade with a tank, now they can just blow the mines up with the cannon?

I dont think u can with a cannon, thats one of the first things I tried with the new patch and it didnt work.

I didnt know you could with nades etc tho, thats sweet

I am not actually too keen on this. As usually mines keep armor out of an area which now they can just blow up and continue. And as for claymores you can hardly get a grenade to land right on top of the ladder and if you do the sniper knows you are coming.

Armor is gaining the upper hand above all other vehicle classes now.

Yea, this new feature sucks. Now my mines go away at the slightest grenade, artillery, SRAW, tank shell or noob tube, reducing their usefulness to zero.

Okay, my bad I used to do this with camping APC's, I guess the mine just armed and blew up the vehicle when it moved ever so slightly, perhaps my nade just startled the driver into moving.

edit: wow, they really did make them useless.

That used to bug me seeing a claymore and not being able to blow it up, thought it was silly.
