Ur a specialist in denying facts, its not because u didnt have any problems, other pple might have problems like u may of seen not in otehr threads. dont deny it, u can be next to have problems with the patching process like others have had.
Its not cause pple want to announce problems / difficulties wich they have been going thru, that it makes them whiners.

    they are simply discussing facts.

one last thing, anyone else realize that for the most part the lower ranked people (with no unlocks before the patch) are the only ones happy about the new ranking system? hows it feel to have it all just handed to you?
      ouchhhhhh
Actually this wasnt really a patch, 160+ promised fixes and we dont see a fourth of that... this patch might looks like it was just a gift to the noobs who couldnt raise in rank because they didnt have time to play the game that often which is "so unfair to them" But its is really a promotion for the expansion pack based on boredom with the game now. Especially since its due in a month.

Sure, i could do something more usefull with my time... but well i figure EA stuffed me around why cant we stuff them around in return.

We can email them as much as we want, and as we've seen with the patches and time taken for patches nothing really happens.

So... Why dont we go down to our local EA head offices and start making ourselves noticed by EA rather than being ANOTHER email in the long long list thats most likely not even read.

Hell we could all get dressed up as US/MEC/CHINA soldiers and play some skermish around their offices heheh maybe if they were annoyed as much as we are then something might come, true im sure they'd ring the police and bitch and moan... but its still a good thought.

Can't you ****ers get over it? You are all a bunch of whiney *******. What's going to happen when you have to face the REAL WORLD and you're faced with disappointment? What if you get fired? Are you going to RIOT because you think it's "unfair"? Boo-****ing-hoo, ok? Man up, son.

          Man up, son?
          -- Thats a new one

          The real world?
-- Yes this is the real world, and in it im using a internet forum to express and share my opinions with others about my annoyance with a companies inablity to meet its obligations to its customers.

          Going to RIOT?
-- If you honestly believe im actually going to go to each EA office and start a riot, then your a fool. Didnt your daddy tell you not to read everything you believe, and take all you read/see/hear with a grain of salt.

          Unfair?
-- No, i dont think its unfair, i think its disapointing that a company as large as EA with the resources at their disposal that they can do what they have done with what otherwise is a fantastic game. When i purchase a product in this case a game, i dont expect to be told i will have the problems fixed and that when I receive a fix and they tell me they did certain repairs to not actually have had them done at all.

          Boo-****ing-hoo?
-- Who's crying, im just stating im less than impressed with the way EA has treated its customers who purchased a game from them in good faith that the product was complete. Im sure if you purchased a car from Ford or GM and where told the brakes where top of the line, and then when it came to the crunch discovered they were faulty you'd want to express yourself in some form or another.

This is what happens to evry great game on the market. It's an amazing game, nearly everyone loves it and there are a few people who expect it to be impossibly good and they whine about it. Battlefield 2 is a perfectly good game and if you really don't like it than get your virtual a$$ out of this website.

There is a difference between expressing opinions and bitching. Since we have now reached the, what, 10th thread it has turned from an opinion into a whine. Nothing new has been stated here. all this could have been put into a an already existing thread. The cluter and redundancy of this thread is what people are tired of.

Pleas people refrain from relateing a video game to a car. The only thing ea and ford have in common is you buy thier product. A PC Game has to run on a near infinate combination of platforms. A car has to run on a road. I have had my car for quite a while now and ford has yet to release a patch for my car to improve performance, or anything else. Lets go riot at car dealerships for not releasing thier gas consumption improvement patch.
All I am getting at is that there are enough bitch threads, please ad your ohh so original complaints to them. Thanx

Re: Whos up for a Protest/Riot

How stupid or useless a protest may be, I still paid €50/£36/$63 for the game, I think it's fair to say you can expect a fairly bug-free, well tested game for that money. I mean, I could have downloaded it and nicked a serial number. We, the consumers, are the ones that pay the lads at EA. I'm not going to moan about it, I'd only waste my time and yours. I'm just slightly dissappointed. (which doesn't mean I'm going to toss my BF2 copy in the bin ofcourse)

Probably your best form of a protest is NOT to play the game or every buy an EA product again. I actually enjoy the game as I have bought some real crappy games over the last 10+ years, and I expect bugs and problems.

If you think that sending them emails or going to EA to protest is going to make things better. Think again. You would have to go to Dice headquarters to do that. Remember that EA is not the creator of this game, only the publisher.

While the game did seem extraordinarily buggy on first release, it seems to have stabalised a great deal over the last few patches. It doesn't seem to suffer any more than other games of this complexity.

You can always not use the patch.
We can email them as much as we want, and as we've seen with the patches and time taken for patches nothing really happens.
Generally, in civilised society. People first complain politely, then complain angrily, then (of they're still really ****ed off) they might protest/riot/getting arrested. Though why don't you try protesting about something that actually matters instead?

I swear BF2 has some of the biggest whinners since Planetside (who called for a protest every month). Is it that hard for people to understand that they are NOT being forced to play the game, and therefore can stop playing it?

Oh yeah, if you are going to protest, protesting EA ain't going to get you anywhere. You'd have to go to Dice who actually made the game.....in Sweden. Are you that dedicated Mr. Oh-Yeah-I-Have-A-Life?
