2.8 gig Intel HT
250 Gig SATA
Radeon 9550 256 meg video card
1 gig of DDR400
I installed BF2 and was playing it fine for a day. No lag on single whatsoever. Then the next day with no changes made whatsoever, it lags to the point of unplayability. I ran spyware checks on three different programs and got rid of everything I found and run anti-virus every day. The spyware scan made things better, but now the game starts fine for the first couple minutes but degrades to horrible lag so much that reloading takes 30 seconds.
Anyone have any ideas as to what happened? I didn't mod or update or anything.
