expert resupply?

So the requirements are 500 resupplies and 25 in a round. Well today when I started playing i had exactly 500 resupply points. I played 5 rounds being nothing but support handing out ammo bags. i had more than 25 resupplies 4 times (usually 30ish) and i didnt get anything. Is anyone else having problems getting this?

You need 100 hours as the Support class to get expert.

yeah, 100 hours as support + 25 ammo pts in a round.

im even unable to get Vet. resupply.
altho i have way above 15hrs PT as Support.

And got far more then the required 10 resupply points (got 27 last round)

I got my veteran resupply today on sharqi pennisula. Throwing out ammo bags at teammates as US.
