Has this happened to anybody, for example, if you gain a rank and then, the next think you do is get a TK?

I dont think it would happen that way it would be more like a collection of all your tk's team damage and the other 1 for example(200tk's 200 team dameage and 100 team veihcle damage)=demoted

Would be good to know if you can be demoted and how

I doubt it. I mean, look at EA/Dice already faulty ranking system. If you're an engineer, they'll give you engineer killing awards eventhough you were getting those kills in a vehicle like a tank for example.

I got my "good behavior" ribbon (before the patch) and when I got it, just out of curiousity i went ahead and tk'd two people. They still gave me the award. I guess once you get something, it can't be taken off.
