XBox 360 and HDTV
I am thinking of getting an XBOX 360 for christmas, the graphics are sweet and the games are amazing (especially Perfect Dark Zero, the original was my favourite game ever). My only problem is i dont have an HDTV so my question is, will the graphics still be amazing or is there a huge difference between HDTV and 'normall' TV, the videos that have been shown are all on an HDTV but none of them are on standard TV. So does anyone now if the graphics take a big hit or is it barely noticable. (by the way allthough the PS3 graphics are a little better, i cant justify spending £400 or so for a console)

It wont look as good, but it still will look VERY good. Gears of war looks so good cant wait for 360 to come out. -

Do you mean a normal CRT TV? Cause they have crap resolutions. Like 480 x something.
LCD Tv and such have much better resolutions so it would look a lot better.
So no, if your still using a CRT TV the graphics will be worse, then an HDTV and your computer monitor.Comment
