Play on an EA official server and register a couple points. After getting about 500 points on a non EA official server, my rank did not go up. So I decided to go on different non-EA servers. Did not work. Finally, I went to an EA server, and the first points I get, I go up my 3 ranks to G-sgt. (I have unlocked in order of favorites: PKM, DAO-12, G3, M-95, L85A1. THen it would be G36C and MK3A1). So if you're wondering why it won't update, go to an official EA server, get a point and it will IMMEDIATELY, almost guaranteed, update.

Worked for about 25 other guys I told (friends over AIM yada yada) so I assumed that 25/25 was close enough. Sorry!Comment

I played the night the patch came out, ranked servers, no rank increase. Last night the first three kills I had where worth ranks, three more unlocks baby!! I think its still in shell shock from being over loaded, give it timeComment

I got the in game messages that I ranked up, but almost 24 hours waiting now
My stats have updated because my GS went up and my kills/deaths went up.Comment

I ranked up on the first offical server i joined, im now sergeant Major with all unlocks. :)
Also got vetran spec-ops combat, vet medic combat, vet support combat, then expert support combat, all in the same nights play.Comment

I had a problem where I kept getting my ranks but BFHQ never updated. I had to switch 6 servers over the last two days and finaly it saved. I ranked from Lance Corpral to Sargent 4 times before it finaly stuck. I tried both EA and non EA servers. It was finaly a non EA server that saved the stats. All my stats on the other server did not save at all. My advice is keep jumping around servers getting your promotions everytime. After you get them and play a little while just hit esc and keep checking the BFHQ. If its not updated pick a new server.Comment
