no bfhq= no unlocking new weapons !!!!

so i have had a search around on the web but found nothing. EA aren't even replying to my emails

my problem is that around june/july ,after the first patch, my bfhq stats dissapeared theres nothing there and says i have no rank,score ,stats ect
now i am a corporal and am trying to unlock my next waepon but bfhq is empty as if its a fresh account so i cant unlock

in game however my rank shows up and i can use mt previously unlocked g3

i have tried a reinstall and created numerous accounts and it still the same

Kill your firewall and forward the ports to your comp if you have router.

yeah done that ,i had a list of ports but i dont remember where i got them do u have a link? i didnt forward them all only 1 or 2, do u think i should do them all?
