I like getting the rewards - a goal to work towards while playing - other than having fun, I mean what is the fun in that?!

bottom line - It is a part of the game, and something people want to use - should work.

My friend got the medic healing badge last night on Wake Island, so I don't think it is a bug, I think you were mistaken somehow.

i got it too i guess that is wasnt a bug, maybe you have to get like a couple more heals over 10 then you will get it
