Can't walk or run while looking at map

This may have been discussed already, but after installing 1.03 patch I cannot run or walk while looking at the map or scores list. I can still move forward in a vehicle while looking at the map, but if I pull up the map while walking or running, I stop and have to close the map to continue moving forward.
Anyone else encounter this problem??

I used to be able to run/drive and bring up the Squad Leader map and give orders while on the move before..

I'll have to look into this.
