We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.

yeah, i notice that with the helicopters, can't see too far...could be that the settings were changed to higher ones and video card can't handle it...i'm gonna check that out next time i load my game
I thought I noticed this too.. My first thought was that patching set the options back to default... Still at 100% though... I noticed it when I had parked a hummer on sharqi to ambush the Mi-28, and it pops in and out when flying over the lake.. (when viewed from the eastern shore)... Weird..
Yup also noticed that and went to settings to check. But stil at 100%. This is highly annoying, and seems inconsistend as well (have had a couple of time where I was shot at, without seeing anyone, then move 2 steps and POP there was the other guy - far away, but not so far as to be removed from drawing!).
On a positive note, my framerate has upped quite a bit (eyeballed observation so might be wrong, but noticed it from second 1 after installing patch).
Your sig is right too. However, DICE is only the group who does the programming. EA tells them what to do. So all the thigns like bunny hopping, AT missiles and sounds are under EA's lame control. Bugs and the redtag thing are DICE's fault.
Anyway i did notice a difference. Viewing distances are much shorter, and graphics suck now.
