Its not fair no doubt. Admins abuse their powers too much. I wish EA payed me to be an official admin so I could play around and punish any bad admins XD
What if one of your own clan mates punish? Do they get banned Too? I doubt it. Too many servers out there to mess with self righteous pompous ass ones.
None of us punish for any reason. If it's a legitimate case of TKing, the TKer will be kicked.
You're welcome anytime. It's a 32 player server. If you encounter anyone who punishes you (for accidient of course) while playing there then bring it to the attention of an IRON member and they will be dealt with.
