ea says you can not make rules that effect normal game play, punishing one of their clan for a tk and getting kicked as a rule would violate this

Pull your head in mate. Many of you nuts really do see the world in black and white. I feel sorry for you. EA's ruling was on knife servers to proctect the integrity (what a joke) of the stat system. This is different.

Our server runs similar rules. Anyone who punishes an unintentional TK is gone as is anyone who starts a vote without posting an intelligent reason. These rules don't apply just for the benefit of our members, all players who join our server will be offered the same protection from retarded punishers. However, by punishing a member you're much more likely to get a swift kick as we are all admins - other players must report the abuse to us for action.

Anyway, I believe there is a site for snitches like yourself - www.bf2rankedservers.com

What would be better though would be if you were to find another server to play on, one which has rules that your are comfortable with, and STFU! Show some gratitude to those who provide you a free place play the game and respect their rules.

EDIT - I wrote this about my feelings on anti-clan server people who whine about things they can easily correct by chosing another server.

Yesterday I logged into a server and not 5 seconds after my first spawn some guy on my team starts shooting at me knocking me down to 30 health or so. He stops shooting and stands there for a few seconds so I stand still and wait watching him. Then he runs past me so I pull out my knife and shank him for the hell of it. No reason really, just that particular time I couldn't be bothered being forgiving like I usually am. Then I notice that he'd typed something to me about how I was red and he was sorry and so on. He punishes me for the kill and I type 'lol' in response. Shortly after I'm kicked from the server.

Now the way I see it, I had a good time shanking him and he got the satisfaction of seeing a 'griefer' punished and kicked. Everybody's happy. Moral of the story? Its just a game bro. Let it go.

Convert your images to jpg.

If they pay for server, they can do whatever they want with it.. The EA rule was to prevent abuse to game play mechanics. This prevents abuse to people who pay a LOT of money for their server.

What if one of your own clan mates punish? Do they get banned Too? I doubt it. Too many servers out there to mess with self righteous pompous ass ones.
