Hey guys

I got promoted to a Master Sergeant and i got the pistol badge about playing 10-15 minutes playing as a Master Sergeant, and i didnt get promoted

I got all the basic badges that you need to get 1st Sergeant so i was giving you guys a heads up that its not possible to get it.

I know some people are trying to get it but dont even try.

Look at my stats i have proof that I have all the BASIC badges

nothing you have to stick with master sergeant

Cicchetti did you already have all the basic badge before you got promoted to 1st sergeant

useless link - whats your profile name lol you have proof of nothing!!! lol did u get veteran at same time (i.e got 50 accumulated pistol kills previously and then got badge) give us your nik and then we'll listen

I think he was asking...did you get all the basic badges before the patch...which I did...and I got 1st Sgt. in game yesterday.

Anyone get their final badges AFTER the patch and make it to 1st Sgt. yet?

Ive noticed a lot of ranked servers you have to play a few rounds after ranking for it to "correctly" sync the stats to EA etc. Ive watched others rank liek 10 times and get off right away then come back wash rinse repeat. People need to just keep playing theres a huge load on stats server right now id suspect with everyone ranking etc.

um, why has everyone (myself included) been such idiots about this? i only just remember, you can only be EITHER first sergeant or master sergeant. you cant master then get promoted to first. theyre both the same level of rank, i.e if a master and a first both apply for commander it will have the same result as 2 lance's applying (EA said it goes to a vote but that never happened to me). cant believe i didnt think of this before.

notice how people say "oh i jumped 3 ranks, i was sergeant now im first sergeant"

sergeant - staff sergeat - gunnery sergeant - first sergeant

not

sergeant - staff sergeat - gunnery sergeant - master sergeant - first sergeant - thats 4 ranks.

so ur right, if ur a master serg, dont bother trying to get first serg because you wont

well thats not fair that people half my score are a higher rank than me. i am master sergeant and i had all the basic badges before patch.

I think he just said that Master and First are SAME rank.

master and first are obviously not the same ranks. first sergeant is higher and more pristegious as it requires the basic badges etc...
anyway this is a known bug which apparently has affected alot of players not just noobs.

Yeah i did man is it just a glitch and you cant get basic badges anymore?
