Bad lag after 1.03 patch? Read for fix

One of my buddies had pings of between 150 and 250 after the patch. We tried all the normal junk, pb update, etc and nothing worked.

Then I remembered I had the same problem after the 1.02 fix. He uninstalled Mcafee firewall and now his pings are around 60 (Just disabling the firewall did not work.)

Turning off the firewall only disable the ports needed to communicate with your computer.
