How do I delete an Account

Hey, I was wondering how I delete an account for good so I can use that accounts email? I know how to remove one from the local network but how do i "DELETE" it??

You don't need to delete it to accomplish this.

Just log into http://www.gamespyid.com with email and pass. In there change email to something else than your current one. Save changes. Create new account from within the game using the old mail, it is no longer locked to the old account.
