I hadn't touched the game in weeks. Now I'm 200 points away from 5000, I have a whole bunch of new unlocks to play with and one more to earn very quickly.

I also gained three ranks, I am now a staff sergeant.
I was really dissapointed with the ridiculous ranking system in place before, for those of us that are adults and work for a living, it was at best discouraging. The new system brought me back again, I had been waiting forever for the L85, but after playing four hours every night for some time and not obtaining it, I abandonded trying so hard to get it and told myself I will play as much as I want and when it comes, it comes and at the rate it was coming that was going to be a long time until corporal.
Going back on how much I play and my skill level I would say the new system gives a nice range, those that dedicate their lives to the game still are higher than those that play recreationally, those that are garbage or rarely play have an according rank as well.
Speaking of which, when I post I notice that is says I am a private and I am a staff sergreant and before I was a lance corporal. Does anyone know how to change it to reflect my acutal ranking or is it idependent of BF2 and has to do with participation here in the forums... I have looked in my profile options and tried to find it to no end. -

I got 3 unlocks yesterday, im happy also. I unlocked the DAO but I find it sucks
Should have gotten the PKM instead..now I gota wait till 20,000 points XDComment
