blurry vision while losing blood???

hey!!! i edited the tweak files of the heavy and light soldier so it lose some blood/health after getting some shots, u know??? so i was playing Call of duty2 demo a while ago and i got hurt really bad and i started to lose some blood and my VISION got blurry, so i want to add the blurry vision (like when a tank shots near to you) when im losing blood, so i was wondering if this is possible and how to make it work???

Its a camera variant i think, it was something like "deathcam".
No idea how to add it...

i see... is this command defined on the tank files??? i searched for it, but i couldnt find something related to what im looking for...

PRMM has it so you lose blood after getting down to 40% I think...plus a lil more to come.
