Seems everytime the server loads Strike at Karkard I get booted back to the server list with an error saying I have to switch to a previous version. Now I have been playing updated servers so I know they have the patch, this is getting frustrating

I had that happen to me once,i loaded the map and it crashed to my desktop but other then that its been fine for me -

Never experienced it, are you sure that the "same version" flag is checked in the filters?
Have you tried lots of different servers?
Did the patch install for you completely and without errors?
It's also possible that the patch did not update YOUR Karkand map so it thinks you are running 102 for that ??

Quick addon, I have reinstalled the patch and tried the singleplayer mode for Strike at karkard, the singleplayer worked fine for me. So then I tried to join an official EA server that was running karkard, sad to say loads fine, it even verifys, as soon as I hit Join Game, boots me back to Sever Browser, this has to be server SideComment

Played on karkland last night on new patched server. Went from Karkland to Wake Island when the round was over - so I know server was patched, plus I know I patched.
Odd bug.
Have you ever installed any mods, or modified karkland maps?Comment

when all else fails try reinstalling your game.the karkand map may have got corupted somehow.and if it was corupted before the patch the patch wont fix it.just another guess!Comment

Theres several posts in the support forum. I had a similar problem that ended up being the MD5 hash of several maps was bad. Even tho I could play them fine they were not 'official'. Ended up having to reinstall several times while making copies of the 'good' files then finally getting an install where I had enough 'good' files that I could copy over the bad ones.Comment

if your trying to log in to a karand only server they might have not updated it themselfs or you have a problem whith a mod that has non ben completely uninstalled (like the 64 player single player patch screwed up my karand for a wile and i had to reinstall)Comment

Well it seems reinstalling did the trick, I also know that I removed the movies and had the co-op mod in there, not sure if that had anything to do with itComment
