The red one and green one how did i get them? theres not much info about them

Total hours played + some hours played on MEC and PLA maps.
Some say you have to play as said Army, but i doubt it, since you wouldnt recieve a Far East Service Ribbon from the Chinese army itself D_d

dont know if they lowered the rqs. with the pach, i got them before the 1.03
