ASE with BF2 1.03

Before the patch i could launch a game from All Seeing Eye, log in and start gaming. Now when i try the same the game starts up but get the welcome message from EA and it doesn't connect to the server like it used to ?

Help!

It seems that even when you view the 'news popup' once it still appears then next time you connect. I don't see this being 'fixed' anytime soon unless someone can find an .ini file to turn it off?

They've released a new version of BF2 Autoloader that works with the new patch (older versions won't work for the same reason that ASE won't work).

I'm an ASE user, but because I absolutely refuse to use the internal server browser, I've switched to BF2 Autoloader in the meantime until ASE gets fixed. It doesn't refresh as fast as ASE, but it's still quite good and leaps and bounds better than the internal server browser.

(Note: I read its a pretty important step that you enter your BF2 account info in the preferences menu, as it bypasses the login step altogether).
